Photo & Video Usage Policies

Can I re-post photos to my social media accounts or website?

You are allowed to re-post photos to your personal Facebook page, share on Twitter, etc. as long as the photos are not edited or modified in any way, the watermark remains visible, and that full credit is given to me (MikuValor Media or Scott Saniti) with a link back to my web site.

Do not at any point crop the photo on your own. This removes the watermark and is a violation of the "do not edit or modify" rule. Please ask for a cropped version to suit your needs ;)

If you have a business site or other non-personal use you must ask for permission before any photos are used on such site or purpose.

Can I re-post videos to YouTube or another site?

Re-posting or re-uploading videos is NOT allowed. If you would like to share a video with your friends or on you page(s), share the link to the page that the video is on (should look something like: https://www.mikuvalor.com/video/link-to-video) instead. You are allowed to download one copy of a video for offline viewing ONLY. Also, do not "embed" (hotlink) directly to a video from this site (by linking directly to the .mp4 file). Again, use the link to the page where you find the video.

Can I use a video or a portion of a video in a project I'm working on?

Sorry, but I do not allow usage of clips (whole or parts), frames, sounds, soundtracks, etc. from my videos to be used for other purposes.

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
